This app is a waste of time, you can’t do anything. You can’t access member docs or online account, make or view claims, access online GP. It’s just a bunch of links to different sites. It also asks for codes and a whole bunch of details to sign up to the app, despite already having an online account. Totally pointless! To the dev team, don’t ask me to email you asking what I don’t like, everything is clearly stated above and a repeat of all the other terrible reviews you’ve had.
When you've already tried the website and customer services and they then tell you to use the app, but your company number, membership number, email address and phone number still aren't sufficient to log in. I have to agree with other reviews this smacks of just trying to put people off applying. Then all the negative reviews just get the same generic response. Useless.
For some reason this app has an additional layer of security over the website but provides no real functionality that I can see. It’s just a bunch of links to their website.
