I have been using the Associated Bank mobile app for several years now, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional user experience it offers. Associated bank isn’t better than any other bank in my opinion. Storing money and having a debit card is all this bank is good for. There’s so many things that are just inconvenient about it. Transactions usually take a day or 2 to process for no reason. Mobile deposits takes about 2 days, other banking apps go through instantly. If the check isn’t a associated banking check expect out to take 2 days and most jobs don’t use associated bank so if they only offer paper checks and it’s tied through usbank or wellsfargo you’ll be waiting longer to use your money. The app crashes constantly, multiple times I haven’t bank able to log in. The app doesn’t offer anything convenient. If you want to see your account number or routing number you have to go to the website anyways. For people who don’t have a lot of money I’d recommend not relying on the app for how much you have in your account you’re going to have to count it yourself because EVERYTHING will come up as a pending transaction and it’ll be pending for 1-3 days. If you don’t have a lot of money that’s bad because the 3rd day they’ll charge you for everything all at once then send you an extra over draft fee. You’re better off going with another bank because they’ll probably be much more convenient. There’s hardly any associated bank atms anywhere and their app don’t even have a location button for any close atms like other bank apps either. Associated bank is incredibly behind any other bank in terms of convenience it’s annoying.

Some banks provide an option to click to see what your bank account number, or even what your bank account routing number is, securely. Having to go to the eStatement to see my account number is troublesome, which is the only way to see it on both the app and on computer browser (which, by the way, for some reason when I try to look at my eStatement on my account on the browser, it says “your session as timed out”, or “you’ve been logged out” or something along those lines. I can’t view my own statement while choosing to go paperless and it’s pretty annoying. Especially with the epidemic happening, it doesn’t help I can’t see my monthly cycling statements while not wanting to get my statements mailed to me). Does this app have the option to see your eStatement or your account number? I’ve been finding I need to see these two things quickly on my phone for a while now. Like I said, I can’t see my eStatement on the computer as well so I’m stuck where I am for now before I can use my account (and its number) for everything I need. I can transfer money around and connect other accounts to my associated bank account, yeah, but I cannot connect it to other accounts without my account number at hand (if you’re wondering, I do have it written down somewhere. I have faster access to my phone and debit card than whatever piece of paper has my account info on it so it would make sense this info would be there to use.)
