Just had a conversation with Brian in the mortgage department. Had some questions that he answered quickly and gave me some ideas of ways to handle some upcoming challenges. Appreciated it so much.
I genuinely don’t believe I have ever made an app review before but WOW. I am 22 years old, tech fluent, and this new app was completely unnecessary. It’s OVERLY slow and takes too long to load, especially the transfer option/page. I cannot afford to be waiting minutes for a single page to load to move money from one account to another. The process should be swift, otherwise, truly, what is the point of separating accounts? Absolutely disappointing and dissatisfying, every day I mourn the old app.
This new update is great! It has all the functionality I was looking for - account visibility & details, internal & external account transfers, alert & card controls...plus, there’s a whole bunch of financial ed info that helps me monitor my credit score and manage my budget. Glad to be a member at Capital CU!
