I have not yet used every feature, but what I have used has made my online banking so much easier, and frankly fun! I find that I am checking my accounts more regularly, transferring money between accounts easily, and the texts that are sent to me from Pioneer (again, easy to set up) update me about my current balance and if a large purchase has been made on my account. Using this app on my phone is just as secure but faster than logging into my account from my laptop, and therefore very convenient -- just what an app should be. So far I am VERY pleased -- thank you for the terrific app!

I am so happy that I no longer have to worry about when my payment will pull from my account, I’ve paid so many late fees because the payment was pulled to late, pulled to early, payroll was deposited and payment pulled just before when it wasn’t scheduled to pull 4 three more days!! Very frustrating and expensive, we were ready to move on!

I certainly liked the system you had in place before. Not being able to access my account & statements for months on end is unacceptable! Not having access my account from my iPad as I had for years is UNACCEPTABLE. Get a new programmer & use the Chase on-line banking as an example to follow! The system you have is frustrating to say the least!
