My experience with Aptihealth has been extremely frustrating. Their lack of accountability is evident in their failure to process necessary paperwork promptly, which has significantly hindered my mental health care. They consistently delay signing forms and fail to forward records as required. This negligence led to my denial for SSI benefits twice, as Aptihealth failed to send my records as requested. Even when appointments are made specifically for signing forms, they still don't follow through with sending them where needed. This delay in care undermines patients' progress and ability to get their lives back on track. Additionally, their attempt to bill my insurance for services they didn't even provide is unacceptable. Upon contacting my insurance provider, I discovered numerous complaints about Aptihealth. It's clear there are better options available, and I would strongly advise seeking alternatives.

I sincerely appreciate Aptihealth and my therapist Megan. She has helped me start a career and get my anxiety under control. Im blessed I found an AMAZING therapist that understands CBT and DBT. But it did take going through 2 therapists to find this amazing lady. The support staff are always fast to help any issues with medication, messages or changing appt times. Give it a real chance and advocate for a therapist that fits your needs. But you also have to do the work. Journal, workout, eat right and find a passion and purpose. God bless everyone stuck. Company is a bunch of scam artists. Used the app 8 months and during the initial set up I was asked for insurance information and when my insurance was accepted I was notified that I was covered, proceeded to use the app for treatment until the 7th month mark when suddenly I’m being told I need to keep a credit card on file or they will stop seeing me as a patient. Jump ahead another month and they’re sending me a threatening letter in the mail saying I have an overdue account and owe them a large amount of money in overdue copays that I never once received a single bill for but somehow they managed to get my address correct for a letter threatening me with a collection agency. Jump ahead 2 weeks and they’ve made an unauthorized charge to my account for over $200 which will now be getting reported as fraud. Find better treatment and help elsewhere from an honest company.
