Have had very poor experience with the app and the website both. It’s extremely difficult to navigate, if things are not working right. You are just right. The support windows limited. Talking to human not very easy, limited to weekdays only. Virtual options not subpar.
First question when you open the app is Company Code. I type the company code the web page is informing to use and it says Invalid Code. Nothing happens. Just this useless message.
