I've been using Apollo Neuroscience for a little over two months now, and it's made a noticeable difference in my daily life. Honest review of Apollo Neuro I've only had my Apollo Neuro a very short period of time, six days. I have noticed three distinct differences. First I was very groggy and tired in the morning upon waking, now I do two sessions of energy as soon as I wake up. it seem to make a big difference how I feel in the morning Second I normally take antihistamines at night to help me to sleep. I have been using the sleep vibe on the apollo nero for five nights and I've not taken any antihistamines. I I found out that I fall asleep almost immediately. I still tend to wake up during the night around three or 4 o'clock in the morning. So I'm experimenting with having another sleep session start at 3 AM. This has Been helping me get back to sleep after I awake Third I've had Covid twice and as a result I've had a problem concentrating reading and or watching videos. I've always been an avid reader and this has been a very distressed problem for me. But I found using the focus vibe my concentration has greatly increased. As I said earlier I've only used the Apollo Neuro for a very short period of time and I am hopeful this is going to help me more in the future

Having anxiety that meds don’t help, I understood the idea that “touch” therapy, via vibrations, made sense. Though skeptical, I tried it. I’m truly struck that on first use at night I did not lie awake ruminating for hours. And I haven’t since. During the day I find it calming - it somehow grounds me, or centers me, when I turn it on. I reduced to only 4 stars because they advertise that it comes on automatically, but it doesn’t. I only get automatic reminders on your cellphone to “tap here” to start my scheduled event. They say they’re working on that. But, even though I turn it on myself, it truly does somehow let my mind and body focus and relax, just like ‘tapping’ therapy but easier. I bought a 2nd unit so I can wear one at all times (charging takes a while). I still have moments of anxiety or nervous discomfort, but this does help. It helps me relax, realize I’m OK, distracts me from on-going painful thinking at night, and feels like a good friend hugging me. I wear the black one next to my watch on the underside of my wrist and you can’t really tell I’m wearing anything more than my watch. I bought the white color for nighttime, just so I could tell them apart. I have one charger next to my bed and swap out each time I get into or out of bed. I can recommend it if you realize it’s there for you to start when you need it, not that it starts itself. I’ll probably wear it forever. The self care buzzing is just part of me now.
