My fiancé cannot eat diary but this app won’t let me remove dairy from the actual order. Even worse, it will let me add cheese but when I try and bring the cheese to 0 it won’t let me. So then I try and create my own wrap that mirrors an existing wrap and they make it so that it’s more expensive WITHOUT adding the $2.50 cheese. This used to be a proper salad / wrap spot but they clearly care more about profit now than about customer experience
What the title says
I love Alfalfa. Absolutely delicious, I get it constantly. No shade towards the company. But the new look is so ugly. It looks like something out of Star Trek. Nothing wrong with a brand changing its look, but this is a step down. Plus many of the problems with the previous app are still present i.e. past orders, clunky UI, etc.
