Your app has some nice features, but it is VERY hard to find what one is looking for on it. After 6 weeks it’s not an app that is east to use. The print is too small. I know I’ve gained 5000 points in 6 weeks and I am allowed to earn 8000 for the year, it’s hard to find directions in order to understand the concepts you are offering.

This app is extremely challenging to use. It is not formatted correctly so the main buttons along the bottom are folded up on themselves and difficult to read and press. Locating information and figuring out how to earn points is confusing. When data is entered on one screen hitting enter or submit takes you back to the home page of the app and you have to go through the whole process again to get back to the page where you need to enter the next data point. This is so frustrating that I often give up after a couple of entries due to the time it takes and the repetition. The text is also an extremely small font and I haven’t found anything in settings to increase the size. The developers really need to do a complete redesign of this app.

While I like what the app has to offer, it is desperately difficult to find what you want and becomes intensely frustrating. For example, I wanted to find the form to take to a doctor’s office. I had to push an”i” after meandering thru the app and had no idea I had to work so hard to find an important piece of paper! I have to remember way too much to find what it is in the app and it gives absolutely no direction where things are located or what points are actually worth. TOTAL CONFUSION!!!
