After many hours at my desk, I developed serious back pain—at one point, I couldn't even bend to put on my socks. As my tech company used Alan, I reached out to a physical therapist via the app in April 2024, and the provided program was the starting point for my recovery. While I also had in-person sessions with an osteopath, the key for me was using the Alan app for consistent yoga practice and eventually getting back into running after a 25-year break. 1.5 years later, yoga, HIIT, meditation, and running are part of my daily routine, and I feel healthier than I have in decades. Though I now use more specialized apps (like Down Dog, Balance, and Runkeeper) for my specific routines, I am grateful to Alan for the initial spark. Eventually, it would be great if the Alan app incorporates more of these tailored features while keeping the interface simple. I would also love to see a virtual psy option to help track progress on the mental side.

The team at Alan is quick to respond and always very helpful. The app is easy to use and the reimbursements are quick and simple. I highly recommend Alan to everyone!
