The Gifts, Perks, Product Selection, Marketing and Sales Prices are all greatly appreciated. We really need an “Update App Now” & “Update App Later”or“Remind Me Later” Feature!!! Simply because sometimes we need to add a “Top-Up” of Data, “Plan Upgrade”, or simply have to wait until we get to a WiFi Connection to be able to “Download the App’s Newest Update” and w/o “Having the Option to Choose” about the latest Updatable App Version we are instantly being blocked from using the app. Not everyone has Home WiFi Access or a way of Accessing a WiFi Network due to transportation issues or a friendly neighbor who will allow access to their home WiFi Network!!! But if the next update includes that option/feature everyone would be appreciative and would probably cut down on a portion of calls into Customer Support Services!!! Thanks, Q. Jack

I have been with airtalk over a year now. This is by for the worse company ever. To talk to a actual person it takes hours. And most time you don’t resolve the problem your having. I have an iPhone that they sent me. The battery is not good and the phone does things I don’t want it too. I have never been able to set up voicemail, I don’t understand why. So when I get important phone calls and I miss it. They can’t leave a message even if they wanted to. I get text from the airtalk with special prices, but when you talk to someone, they tell you a different sorry on why you can’t get that price. I have told them I would like a new phone, because the one they sent my is a bad phone. I tell them I will go with another company if they don’t. They don’t care, then when I was ready to transfer my # to another company, they stoped it from happing. I never told them to do that, I’m fact I said not to do that. I ended up without a phone for 2 weeks because Obama care thought I was trying to get 2 phones just for my self. I want to leave so badly, but because I can’t find a company that has a iPhone for free with switching. I’m stuck, if they would just send me a new phone,(new to me) not talking brand new, I would not be writing this. I have more bad to say and no good things. But I think you get my point, when I say do NOT join airtalk wireless. Best advice I can give you.

This is the absolute worst provider I have ever had the displeasure of having. From day one it has been a nightmare! I was sent a junk phone that did not work. I contacted support, and have yet to hear back. They give you a 15 day grace period on the phones they send you, however it’s impossible to return/exchange because there is no support. I then tried an ESIM on an iPhone I had. Things took a really bad turn after that…. Service was hit and miss, and on the few occasions I was able to make calls, they were dropped. Family began telling me that a man was answering my phone, and music would play when they called. So I called my number from a friends phone and both times someone else answered. Then my nightmare began. My phone was hacked, any and all accounts on my phone was hacked and now each time I attempt to sign up with another provider I receive a welcome email from the new and a “we will miss you” email from AirTalk. Only to receive an email from the new stating that I have opted out of their service and an email from AirTalk welcoming me back. However, I hadn’t made any changes. Now whenever I am able to make calls i can hear buttons being pressed, or they are dropped. My location is constantly being turned on and it is a mess. I advise everyone to steer clear of this company!
