While I love Helium Mobiles service, it hasn’t been spotty it’s actually been rather consistent and reliable when needing to use the internet. However when making calls the person 4/10 times can’t hear me, the connection is so poor it just drops, or the line just goes dead and you can’t hear anything. I also CANT STAND having to have my Apple Watch with Verizon because Helium doesn’t offer Apple Watch services yet so I have to have my Apple Watch with Verizon which means I’m split between two carriers which is super annoying. AND, the Apple Watch won’t even let me use all the features because you need a phone ON THE SAME CARRIER to have the Apple Watch be fully active otherwise it provides limited functionality for a “user without a phone”. PLEASE HELIUM, ALLOW APPLE WATCHES!!! That alone has made me consider switching back to one of the bigger carriers… but everytime I fill out the cart and see the pricing per month vs what Helium is offering, no joke it’s literally almost 10x less expensive than the major carriers so I can’t justify it. Which is a great thing! Means helium Mobile is providing EXCEPTIONAL value that is retaining this customer solely on the basis of not getting price gouged. Still, please for the love of all things holy allow Apple Watches to be connected to the helium network.

Helium Mobile’s Cloud Points program is completely misleading. I followed every requirement: stayed in good standing well past the 90-day mark, kept location and data sharing on nonstop, and even re-downloaded my eSIM when I upgraded my phone. By their own Terms & Conditions, I should have been able to redeem my points. Instead, I was stonewalled. The worst part is support. I’d send detailed, lengthy explanations outlining the exact issue, only to get empty copy-paste replies like “Just checking back to see if you need any further assistance. Thank you.” That’s not an answer, that’s a brush-off. Their responses make it clear they don’t even understand their own Terms & Conditions. No fraud, no misuse, no reason—just refusal dressed up as fake politeness asking if I still needed help. Like duh, I still need help—you never gave me any in the first place. This isn’t a small glitch; it feels like a bait-and-switch designed to deny rewards while pretending everything is fine. If you’re thinking about using this app for the “benefits,” don’t. You’ll waste your time and end up stuck dealing with robotic, unhelpful replies instead of real solutions.
