Addons + Mods for Minecraft PE

I hate how there’s that like prescription thing and it cost money to get Minecraft things like bro stupid and I was super excited to get this really cool flying house map and it didn’t work cause the subscription or whatever it is. I hate it. But it does have really good maps and mods

I download, install, save to my files, import the file to Minecraft, and nothing. A few add ons work but I’ve got like 10 I try to use and only 1 will work out of all of the 10. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong? I have the resource and behavior pack both activated (although some don’t have both). On top of that, a few I have downloaded and saved, it’s like I never even downloaded them? I also saved some of the skins and they show up on my screen as the correct skin but when I look on my friends screen, it’s not the skin I picked. It’s just one of the regular characters. I don’t understand why this is happening to me but yet I read all these good reviews???

I don’t know if this is just me but after I download something and try to click out of it, an ad appears. And then when I try to click on something another ad pops up. I mean, other than that, it is a very cool mod pack with different selections you can choose from. I also feel like there isn’t enough stuff that isn’t premium or something like that.
