I highly recommend downloading this amazing app specially designed for women's nutrition. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. As someone who always wants to eat healthy but struggles to find healthy recipes, this app has been a game-changer for me. It has provided me with a lot of ideas and helped me plan my healthy meals effortlessly. Simply select your desired meal from their list and the app will generate a well-organized grocery list and step-by-step cooking instructions. The premium plan, which includes AI cycle syncing, is a smart addition that allows you to eat based on your hormones. I have heard that eating the right foods can help balance hormones and reduce pre/post-PMS symptoms, which makes this app even more valuable. I was previously using a popular women's health app that did not include a meal plan, but now I am excited to switch to this app that offers so much more. Trust me, you won't regret giving it a try!
I was impressed with the app's functionality, particularly its integration with InstaCart for automatic grocery searches. The "Share" option, specifically the "Check out my Grocery List" feature, is something I appreciate as it allows me to share my list of incomplete grocery items. I also appreciate the detailed presentation of recipes, providing step-by-step instructions. During my experience, I made the following observations: 1. I appreciate the "How to Use" video, but I feel that the explanation of the steps could have been slower for better comprehension. 2. When using the "Shopping Online" feature and adding all the required groceries to the cart, clicking on the final "Got it" button (please note that the "Skip" button does not have any effect here) should ideally lead to the cart/check out the section of InstaCart. However, I encountered an issue where it sometimes resulted in an error message saying, "There was a problem loading this page." (It's worth mentioning that the "Done Shopping" button correctly directed me to the "Groceries" section.) 3. The "Delete Account" option could be improved regarding user communication and clarity. 4. I noticed that the "Review My List" button disappears after the app closes. It would be beneficial if this option were available under the "Hamburger menu" for easy access. 5. I couldn't use the AI Cycle Syncing feature because it needed a Pro upgrade.
First of all, I liked that there is an introduction on how to use the app right off the bat. I have downloaded other apps that has no “how to use” instructions and wound up feeling so lost as I constantly pressed buttons and such exploring through. But once I’m past that, it is definitely easy to use. It has recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and unlike other recipe apps I have seen, it easily helps you make a shopping list through Instacart, along with allowing you to choose alternative ingredients if needed, or even omit ingredients altogether (if, for instance, you already have it on hand or just don’t want to use due to health reasons). Some of the recipes are pro and require joining for a fee, but the fee is not too bad. The only issue I have is that it assumes you still have a period, and I’m on menopause as of a few months ago. Also, perhaps some recipes for healthy desserts and soups would be nice.
