They really need to fix being able to read class descriptions. Sometimes you can book, sometimes you have to close and reopen a couple times but it works often enough for 3 stars. You can go to the gym's main website too when needed but should not have to. Overall it is good and convenient but glitchy.
This app is absolutely atrocious. I can open the app, but once it’s open it doesn’t let me scroll or do anything on the app. I have to close it at least 3-4 times in order for it to work and allow me to scroll. This isn’t a onesie and twosie thing, it’s EVERY TIME I open the app
Don’t let these negative reviews fool you, there have been plenty of upgrades and the functionality has improved. The staff and environment is an A+ and they are always so willing to help out if there any issues from the app that arise. Great client service and they seem to really care. 5/5 for the app and Active Wellness as a whole. Highly recommend checking it out and signing up!
