The app is basic but has worked fine thus far for reporting my results, and I haven’t experienced the login issues that others have reported. However, for at least six months now, I’ve been unable to make a payment through the app (on iPhone 16). It displays my balance, but clicking to pay does absolutely nothing - just continues to display the Home Screen; doesn’t appear to even attempt to open the payment screen. Had used it for years prior, with no problem…now, just ‘dead screen’ in that area. All other menu options work as expected! I’ve worked through it with two levels of Support on two occasions now (a LOT of time spent!) testing in both phone and PC. Also have worked with Apple Support, who eventually exhausted all possibilities from their end and sent me back to the site/app developer. Both times, I’ve eventually had to process payment via telephone, but Acelis Support has assured me that the app is now fixed for me and that next time I have a balance, the payment screen will pop up as it should. Nope. Here I am again, with the problem not fixed at all…and another long telephone hold awaiting me just to pay a small bill. And then likely more lengthy and unproductive calls with various Support levels, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, checking the same settings, and yet again working past their initial assumptions that it is all user error or phone settings. Not being able to store payment info in this app was already a nuisance - and I see I am not alone in experiencing frustrating issues with the app! Please allocate some resources to debugging and improving this app, and soon.
I have been an avid user of the Health Check app, appreciating its functionality when operational. However, I regret to express my ongoing frustration with the app's login functionality over the past two months. Despite multiple attempts, I have encountered a recurring issue where the app initiates the login process, only to abruptly kick me out. In my attempts to address this concern, I have undertaken the step of uninstalling and reinstalling the app a total of six times. Unfortunately, this has yielded no improvement, and the persistent login issue persists. This matter is of utmost importance to me as it impedes my ability to promptly submit crucial INR results to my healthcare provider. I kindly urge the app's development team to address and rectify this persistent issue promptly. Timely access to the app is critical for individuals like me who rely on its functionality to communicate essential health information with their medical professionals. Your immediate attention to resolving this matter would not only restore the app's effectiveness but also contribute significantly to the well-being of its user community. I look forward to a swift resolution, ensuring the seamless operation of the Health Check app for all its users.
No way to get supplies- no answer in app or calling. My doctor had to write a script to go to our lab. Am I still paying for nonexistent supplies? The app tells me to call but when I call I’m told I can’t order. I’m done- I contacted my hospital (where I have to go to test at the lab when Acelis won’t answer a call) to quit Acelis. The head of our local lab called me & asked me for a thorough description of the problems. They are getting MANY complaints. They may be ended their use of Acelis. It seems that nobody’s home at Acelis. I was supposed to be able supplies, but when I last got an order, they screwed up & sent a whole box of lancets. I’m out of strips but since I have 5 lancets I can’t order because I have to be down to 4 lancets to place an order for strips. They screwed it up so I quit this lousy “service”. Can’t order in the app or on the phone. Is anybody there? Oh, and they have a low number of stars but negative reviews don’t show up. I’m sure there have to be more people as frustrated as I am.
