Bought vouchers, but because the staff scanned incorrectly, the transaction at the counter couldn't be reversed at the POS and my vouchers were not utilized so I had to pay the full price. Didn't want to cancel the transaction to make life difficult for the staff. On the second time, only 1 voucher was scanned and similarly the transaction couldn't be reversed at the POS. It was cancelled then I had to forgo that 1 voucher and scan the other 9 vouchers, so I had to pay full price for the 1 product. Not the staff fault, but I think if the app could be more intuitive and user-friendly, this could have been avoided.
I was unable to collect my order on the scheduled day due to unforeseen circumstances. When I went to the store the next day, I was told that my order had already been marked as completed. The problem is that I never received my order. The store refused to let me collect the item and also refused to issue a refund. So I paid for something I never received, wasted my time going to the store, and was left with no solution. How can an order be marked as “completed” if it was never handed over to the customer? If someone else collected it, where is the proof? If no one collected it, why was it marked as completed? This is a completely unreasonable process and a very poor customer experience. Customers should never be put in a situation where they lose both their money and their order. I hope 7-Eleven reviews this process and resolves these issues properly. Until then, I cannot recommend this app.
