Marina Square Singapore

First time back to the mall after many years, spent a long time navigating around finding the shop I was looking for. Walking NSEW and still can’t find the shop. The direction screen doesn’t help. No signage telling which way to go.

Installed and wanted to submit the receipts, however same as other feedback below, when clicked the camera button it shows the t&c and when clicked ok, nothing happen and goes back to main menu. Please fix the app!

Was somewhat happy to see that Marina Square has revamped their app as their old app was terrible. Apparently this new one is equally bad. OTP not received. Pasted OTP from email doesn’t work. What a joke. Waste of time for the shoppers using this and waste of money by the mall paying to a 3rd rate app developer to create this ‘new app’. At least I can use it to scan receipts. Update: Was able to login finally after multiple frustrating events. Good to see that the issue of carpark $ is performed thru the app now. That’s a nice green improvement!
