I’ve been able to beat lvl 30(the max lvl) since I broke the 1860’s era. And I’m nowhere near the best upgrades lol. It’s impossible to upgrade anymore unless I collect a free idea a day for a month straight or pay. It’s not worth the time anymore sadly.
I can’t play the game I’m stuck loading I think it’s my WiFi😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The game is overall not bad. It’s exactly as advertised and doesn’t force ads on you. However, my mine gripe is how long and boring the rounds are. Even in the Stone Age each round takes upwards of 45 minutes, and the best strategy is just to have your troops huddle around your base as meat shields, so you just sit there and watch them, pressing upgrade every so often to keep up their attack strength and hp regen. Even if you let them walk around, their walk speed is so ludicrously slow that I fell asleep mid game I got so bored (not even kidding, I mean that literally). The research system is pretty cool, and it’s cool that it’s based on real human technological advancement, though I wish there were a way to see a full tree rather than just seeing the prerequisites and requisites for one given technology. Once again, even in the Stone Age research times very quickly reach over an hour, encouraging you to press a button and wait rather than actively play. I also wish the year associated with each advancement meant more to the progression, as it seems like it’s essentially just an arbitrary counter of how much total tech you’ve unlocked. Overall, not a bad game per se, and I plan to still give it a shot going forward, but god is it a pain to slowly trudge through thus far. P.S.: I found that if you try to use an ad to revive your base while ads are unavailable (i.e. due to ad blocker), the ad will not play and you will be allowed to continue without a base, allowing you to in theory progress infinitely, as the loss condition is removed. Even if all your troops die, you’re just left staring at a horde of zombies until you get the resources to summon more troops, so one could very much cheat the system if they’re patient enough.
The game starts with the selection of a leader for humanity's survival. The leader in the Zombie Crusade has the ability to rewind time upon death. Wh...
