Did a Fastag Recharge by burning coins and it’s pending from past 3 days. The support agent was not even interested in taking this issue forward by raising a ticket to their Tech Team. They kept asking me to wait wait and wait. Even today i.e on the 3rd day (Friday) they went on and asked me to wait for 4-5 more working days which would lead to make me wait for a full week. Now what will happen is neither my recharge is taking place nor my coins are getting refunded, Zillion is showing them as burned and now ICICI will levy redemption charges plus GST against this false redemption which never benefitted me. This is totally pathetic. Please resolve such poor technical glitches before allowing the customers to avail facilities from your app.

Hi All , I suggest everybody should buy everything from this app all your purchases get reward coins and you can use it to buy whatever you like , some items you can buy against you coin balance no need to pay penny , I have 4lakh coin on CRED app but useless they give only vouchers which is useless cause they irrelevant brands or things you don’t want so prefer ZILLION

Smooth UI and rewards can buy anything available on the online stores including flipkart.
