The app works well enough regarding its primary function. However, every time the app is closed and reopens, it asks for me to sign in again. A hassle, but not too challenging. But there’s no Face ID log in for this app. So I have to manually put in my credentials every time I open the app from close. Very frustrating.

How is this app so bad??? This is the first review I leave for an app after being on iOS for 20 years….. This app is so broken. The sign in process is terrible and it constantly prompts you. You will find yourself standing outside a common area lock while carrying things and trying to go through their 20 required steps just to log in. The trying to find the lock you need to open. It would be great if you could tap your phone to open or at least have TRUE face ID instant login to the app not a redirect to a mobile site to enter credentials! P.S. I work in the tech industry… This is not user error, this is a horrible app. Look at how solid Open Path or several other apps are. You have to step up your QA game with your dev team!

Our apartment complex just installed these in our front doors, and told us “we’d be able to tap our phones to the door to open.” Okay, when I hold my phone at the exactly correct angle, my wallet pops up, but nowhere in the Zentra app is there a way for me to add my front door fob to my wallet. So I have to stand at my front door, open an incredibly slow app, and wait for it to register to be able to enter my home. For the love of god, please at least make a widget so I can press a button instead of opening the app, or at least let me add my fob to my wallet. By the way, nowhere is there instructions on how to use this app, it’s like 100% of their marketing and creative assets are B2B. Did you forget consumers actually have to use your product?
