YallaMarket Wellness Delivery

Delivery guy didn’t have id, security didn’t allow him to come to apartment. I had to stop my import call to go downstairs and pick up my order. I said about the situation to customer service, and got answer: we hire drivers even without emirates id. I said: and even without passport? Customer service: your security didn’t allow to the driver to come with driving license, talk with your security. I just said: other delivery companies in dubai take care about customers and give bonuses if there is any issue. Will never use this app again and don’t recommend.

It was on a rainy day when all other online apps did not accept my orders, yet Yalla!Market delivered my order. It was a bit late than the usual 15 minutes coz of the rain which was understable, but it's the fact that their customers need is their priority. Their customer service were on top of making sure to informed me about the delay which was really appreciated as none of any delivery service here in Dubai did same. Thanks to Yalla!Market Team!

This is by far the best app I’ve come across for quick grocery shopping. No delivery fres, no minimum order, extremely quick service, and prices are exactly what you would find in a grocery store! It’s exactly what one would want in a grocery shopping app! Kudos to the founders !
