I have placed 8-10 large online orders from Spinney’s. Never once have I had a problem with my orders. I shop in bulk. Having these items delivered, LITERALLY TO MY KITCHEN, is a tremendous help to me. The drivers are very professional and always have a friendly smile which is a plus and nice to see:-) The call center warehouse is also very helpful and friendly when I need assistance with searching an item. Spinney’s online shopping and delivery saves me so much time and effort. Easy peasy and consistent GREAT SERVICE with a smile, EVERY TIME:)

Good app, my experience for ordering fresh items didn’t go well. I order a steak was not fresh, it had some odor. I contacted Spinneys by email after around a week regarding my experience, they apologized and stated no refunds per their policy. Other than the above disappointing experience; I didn’t face issues with earlier orders. Therefore, I would recommend not to order fresh items from Spinneys as they don’t excel this service and do not provide best of products.
