This gamifies the workouts in a way that is very motivating. The AI assist keeps prompting you on form and progression and the data tools are sound for tracking. You want to generate more force and you have proof vs just a feeling of progression. This app needs a lifetime access tier based on one time purchase or as a recognition of historic x3 patronage (total dollar spend from a user acct perhaps for those whoโve bought varied iterations, supplements, accessories etc). The app also needs to allow for at least two concurrent users programmed in on the same account and app for couples so it simply swaps during the workout if not a family plan with a limit of 3-4. My wife and I share grocery lists and schedule across apps would love something as important as our fitness to do so too so we can smoothly swap between during sets/rest respectively. I know recurring revenue is important for a company but this would be a big satisfier for longtime loyal x3 users.
The app is the perfect companion for the X3 Force bar to show you all your data in real time including reps, force, and time. Itโs fun to go back and see how much you have progressed in each workout or individual exercise. I have also utilized the recent โDemoโ mode to show an interested party. Glad Jaquish Biomedical continues to support the app with updates and improvements!
This works with the X3 Force bar to measure the force youโre exerting in realtime. The pickup of data over Bluetooth works extremely well, and I love seeing the curve react to my reps LIVE. Itโs a nice visual reminder to slow down and create a smooth motion throughout the rep. I would love the app to have an option to throw an on-screen warning at me if it detects a rep being done when I havenโt yet selected an exercise, as I sometimes forget to do so. My biggest gripe with the app was recently resolved: previously you could only see the combined total force in the charts, meaning in the longer date ranges (like YTD) all of the force in any given month was being totaled together, which was not helpful to me at all when trying to view my strength gains over time, because I rarely worked out the same number of times every month. Now you are able to view the highest force in each time period, which is much more helpful. I would love to see an option for the โaverageโ force too. Iโm happy to see that Dr. J and the team are continuing to build out and improve the app with regular updates. Excited for future updates!
