The new mobile app is a big improvement over the previous version. Great job WTB.
I much prefer the other WTB app, but business clients had to move to this one. Originally I reported that you couldn’t save transaction views but WTB reached out and told me how, I saved a view and this app is more usable now but still difficult considering you have to scroll left to right to see the full transaction information. I use plenty of other bank apps, none of which make me scroll left to right for anything. In the app, I tapped on Help and it’s not responsive for mobile so you can hardly read the helpful advice. I wish this app was more like the other WTB app, or that I could go back to using the other one. I try to stick with viewing accounts on my laptop only now, and have the app on my phone just in case.
I think I like this one better that the previous app. What I would really like to see is a way to put multiple checks into one deposit transaction like when you take them to the bank. Of course each check has to be captured individually, but on my bank statement it shows each deposit separately, making it take longer to balance the register. When I take them to the bank it shows the total of all the checks for one deposit. Far easier.
