No customer service at all...They only want you to pay. The app keeps saying I’m a nonmember and I paid a full years subscription...If you pay attention, the app’s privacy doc reads like a scam, especially how they sell your data and personal information...It seems that the company lures you into the plan either promotional or not and by the time you realize it’s scammy, there’s nothing that you can do…it then manipulates the reviews so people keep coming...I’m guessing that the company is going to respond with something along the lines of “we are fixing the problems” or but “we aim for the highest standard of customer satisfaction…look at our reviews”... I’ll preemptively respond to any possible retorts by noting that the company are NOT THE GYMs...Every word of this review is true. If you don’t believe me, put down your credit card and find out for yourself…

This app has actual live classes right from great studios and instructors. This gives a great alternative when I can’t go to my studio to dance. They have pretty selection of instructions and styles. The on-demand library is huge with tons of choices. Never running out of good class. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this app. The best form of exercise I enjoy is dance. Located in Seattle, I’ve had a hard time to find a local studio that offers a variety of dance styles. Classes on WollenDance are so much fun - I’m actually motivated to work out everyday. There’re constantly new live classes and studios join every week. I get to feel like a dancer again! I feel like I’m taking a real dance class. Thank you. Thank you. This app has been inspiring me to keep moving and maintaining a positive mindset during this strange time.
