Changed phones and for some reason the password did not save. I pushed “reset password” and it said an email would be sent. It was sent AN HOUR later. I had given up checking for the email after 20 minutes and moved to different parking. I opened the email when I found it later that night and pressed reset password only to be told the email had timed out!!! 🙄 I’ve now been in an email thread with their tech support which is a completely different company “Flowbird Mobil Support” and the first request was what my email was... even though I had just emailed them... THROUGH MY EMAIL! 🤦🏻♀️ It’s an APP! Tech is everything!!! How can you outsource that?!
