In my experience, this app only works about 60% at the time. Also, the pay your parking columns should have the zone worked on them because sometimes it is very difficult to tell from the map. What zone you Are in
I love the new app, it is so convenient. * I can extend my parking time on the app! * I like the fact that once you create your account, it saves all your info including your plate info, making it such a quick process to park (just a few clicks!)
I was able to use the app for the first time today. I had added my vehicles before hand, so once I parked, it really only took 30 seconds to take care of the payment portion. The app lets you know how much time you have left and gives you the option to extend straight from your phone.
