The employees are kind, helpful, never annoyed with anyone, not patronizing or cold as in most banks, it’s obviously important to them to give good service. There’s an amazing woman named Gail at the Mt Auburn street location, she remembers not only me but my son whom she met only once four years ago, and said hello to me and asked me about my son as soon as I walked in. This is a bank that deserves business.
