WaBa Rewards

I’ve been using the Waba app for about a year now. I order frequently as my lunch while I’m at work. Even though it gets the job done, I believe the app needs a huge upgrade. The app itself feels elementary compared to most other apps. Every time you order, you have to “add” a delivery address, rather than saving the information from previous orders. Another thing that can be updated is the ability or choose which fountain drinks we want. Right now, there’s only options for Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and Starry. I have to write a note for the specific drink I want in the “Made for” section. I’d put my name and my drink of choice, and I’d still have it overlooked. I don’t drink soda, so getting a Pepsi when I want a lemonade is a bit irritating. Another inconsistent thing is that the app shows that a regular fountain drink is unavailable for delivery. This doesn’t make sense. My work around, however, is to order a healthy value menu item and pay the up charge for a regular sized fountain drink. At the end of the day, the app needs a serious upgrade. Looking at the info page through App Store, there haven’t been any updates for at least a year.

Tried Waba grills new location in Dallas and surprised at the portion and how good it was. The only thing I would recommend for the app is adding an option to modify the miso soup. In store, you can add tofu or rice. However in the app, there is no option. I ordered the miso soup through the app and found that it came with rice which was disappointing because I really wanted a traditional miso soup with tofu. Also an option to put sauce on the side. Other than that, love this!

Wabs bomb i eat it every other day to be honest. So i mite as well use the app, app works “somtimes”, and it gets quite annoying when you have the 110 points for a free side and it dont let you redeem it. Only complaint really. Food is always on point though 🤝.
