I bought two cameras to try them out on a couple customs I was building. They save me so much time by allowing me to know job site conditions and activity without having to drive across town to physically check on a job. I can see if my subs have reported to the job and track progress remotely. This has allowed me to scale my company without having to hire another employee. Worth every penny. The battery lasts like they say and the HD feature is really nice to capture more clarity when needed. I had to buy an antenna to boost signal at a couple sites but that’s to be expected. Great product I am a happy customer.

No way with all the negative views they actually have a 4.7 rating. I write very few reviews, but this one had to be mentioned. I have spent days on the phone texting back-and-forth with the offshore tech-support who While very polite can’t help you at all…(AT ALL) Tech support does not understand the product or how it’s used and they’re only looking at the app info and payment info. not the connectivity to camera, with that said; even with full signal, the video is jerky and often drops out completely for several seconds up to more than a minute. The product is expensive, unreliable… and it’s agonizing to deal with tech-support via an app that you have to chat back-and-forth while working on the cameras and the solar equipment plus needing to toggle between the app to check the cameras and going back to the web for the support chat. I’m truly shocked this technology from the 90’s is still being sold. I feel like I was literally working with something from 1997. A cheap wyze outdoor cam and solar panel attached to a T- Mobile solar hotspot would actually work better and cost nothing compared to this box of plastic ancient tech. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!

Aug 1 UpdateApp is fully now functional with most recent update to new release, took a month. Thank you VOSKER for getting it corrected. Poor functionality verification prior to rollout - but in the end it’s a better app and it’s great update! Thank you. July 28 Update - new app still doesn’t function at all for ios apple user and no news from VOSKER despite promises to correct. Two version updates since the failed new app launch in June 2023. I was told it was to be fixed in a week and it’s been three with two new app versions and the new app still does not function for this IOS apple user. I can see all photos in web, cameras working as they always have - but the app is still not working. Company rep, while very optimistic and polite offered no information other than the tech department is working on it. Really foolish product management to not have the testing done before a roll out. July 01, 2023 I have been a user for a year with three cameras. Since the June 2023 app update the IPhone app has not worked at all. The pictures are still on web, notices work and all of the other features work on web. The new app launch is a failure and Vosker doesn't yet provide reasonable customer contact or support or acknowledge the failure of the newly launched app. Why put it out in the loyal users hands? Why not acknowledge the issue and put old app in service until this is resolved? Why not answer customer inquiries? Why not acknowledge in a user email or on the blog or tell us how to resolve?
