HuntSmart: Trail Cam App

I’ve been using this this app for a year now and I have had consistent issues. The first problem is a constant error message every single time I click on cameras to view photos. I will sometimes sometimes have the photos load properly and still receive the error message. Other times I will receive an error message and have to refresh the page a couple of times for the photos to load. The second issue I ran into with the app was when I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription. For some reason the app works quick and flawlessly when trying to subscribe for a plan to give the company money. However, when you want to cancel your subscription the app inconveniently does not work. Even though they have a button in the app for this function. I had to try calling the company first and then send an email to cancel my subscription.

I'm getting tired of this app. I have Face ID set up, keep me logged in also, and know my password. Yet I'm always logged out, yet every time I try to log back in I can't. "It says password incorrect (yet my password is saved), so then I try again and get locked out of my account. When I email to the email provided via google, they say that they don't run the app. Like, what???? HuntSmart needs to figure out these issues and fix them asap. I'm going to stop my monthly service of it doesn't. If I can't ever login with ease, then they aren't getting my money for every month following. The FACE ID has NEVER worked on the app. Need to fix it. AND the bugs that doesn't keep me logged in like I selected, as well as the password issues. I can use it two or three times and then suddenly ot won't accept my saved password. We have the cameras throughout our large farm, and every time I get an alert, I open the app only to learn I can't log in and see what set off the camera.

I purchased one of these for Christmas this year since I set mine up and used it the first time I have bought four more and referred at least 50 people to buy one! Best and easiest set up out there!! I even bought one for my business and set it up for security!!clarity is amazing day or night! Definitely well worth the money. Especially if you hook up the solar panel kit to it it is hands-free. I don’t know how long the batteries would last because I never gave them a chance to die. Once I saw how easy and clear and dependable it worked, I bought the solar panel kit.
