Vogacloset – Shop Fashion

I’ve order a set from VogaCloset and when it came in the mail the size wasn’t accurate as the size chart the put under the item info, so I was okay am going to return and the set that I got wasn’t cheap!!! I contacted them in WhatsApp and it took them days to respond and the respond was “we’re going to contact aramix or the representative” so I was okay am going to wait a couple days…. But no respond what do ever not from the representative nor the company so I contacted them in instagram and they said to me the same thing “we’re going to contact aramix” and asked for my address.. i waited two days and no answer and now it’s been three weeks and am still waiting for them to pick my return order, literally a waste of money❌❌❌❌❌❌

I placed my first order using fast pay with Apple pay, after that I received and email to continue creating an account only to find after creating an account that I cannot track my order since I made it using Apple pay. The only way to track my order is to email them and wait at least one day for an update on my order. The order was delivered one week after the estimated delivery time even though your paying premium for the delivery. I am never going use this store ever again. I will download again to delete my account.

Why don’t you have customers reviews for each item ... it helps to hear yours customers feedback when a new customer wants to place an order. Thanks
