Vodafone Gigabox

Useless app as I have problems with the router can’t connect it I’ve called VODAFONE customer service for the last 6 months and they sent 2 times technician to different address And after 6 months they managed to send an different technician to the right address and he got lost but on the end he found the address and he changed all the devices in the house and the internet still not working 😂 Shocking useless staff..no communication in between them …SO STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE!!!

Not a bad app for getting information on what is connected to your network. Better management of a child’s iPad from within the app would be handy, e.g only permitting access for 1 hour etc

This app has loads of useful features and I think everyone with the Gigabox router should have it. Apart from being well designed and looking nice it allows you to manage your home network, tighten up security and personalise the whole experience. For me, the best feature is that you can switch from WPA/WPA2 wifi security to WPA2 only; this provides a safer way of connecting wireless devices and (on an iPhone anyway) it removes the “unsecured network” warning that you get if you originally connected using the default WPA/WPA2 method. But that’s only one of the many beneficial features . I highly recommend this app.
