Never seen so many lags and bugs in iOS app before. This should absolutely compete with those games people make to intentionally annoy the player. 30 screens will come up and disappear before it takes you where it should. 8/10 times app will simply be stuck on loading screen. This is miserable and as iOS engineer myself I know how exactly dev team made it terrib. Miserable attempt to use the same codebase for every platform including web. 0 adaptation for iOS platform to make it somewhat usable forget about convenient and well integrated. Keep saving your scam money to feed CEO’s instead of investing in convenient product. Be stuck in 2010s with this level of “innovation”

This application does not work well, for blind people, using screen readers. It is unusable on both my Sony phone, containing my Irish SIM card, and Apple iPhone. Many pages crash entirely, and state that something went wrong, please try again. or, they appear to load for a moment, but appear blank, with screen readers. Therefore, there is no content which one can listen to. Then, the page crashes and states that something went wrong, please try again. Screenshots of this problem would not help you, as with screen readers, you are listening to what is being read aloud on the page. I was attempting to save a card to pay with, to my account. But cannot do it and cannot look at many other aspects of my account with this application. The only ways for me to pay my bill, are to call in, or use the website. Beyond frustrating! If someone contacted me directly, I’d be happy to assist in helping this application to function better for blind people.

Got my SIM in November where I tried to create my account to start using the app. At first it did not work. Kept getting a message that the system was being updated. After about 2 months the system finally updated. Now I am able to login and see my account. Pretty neat app and very helpful. Very happy with the features and new system.
