Vince

I’ve been wearing Vince apparel for many years. I love their Cashmere sweaters. They are updated basics that I’ve been wearing for years. I have many Ponte pants that I wear with the sweaters and also novelty and basic black pants. I shop from regular price as well as sale. I love the Vince collection.

Using your site has been a nightmare today. It lost my items three times. Once after I input payment info it disappeared completely. No order at all. I had to input everything again & was concerned if it had been ordered twice? I don’t think that is the case. Just it all went into internet neverland. Plus the first time I used SHOPRUNNER, for the 2nd day delivery, it never showed up when I re-input everything? I really would like the 2 day. Why not? The thieves have been rampant through my neighborhood again, stealing from doorsteps. The delivery people never ring/knock to let me know they have delivered anymore, not sure why. Could you request them on my package to ring in the future? Also your site is very slow. Traffic? Could you please hook me up with the 2 day shoprunner, I have an a/c. Thanks for listening. I love the new Vince app. It’s so easy to use. Item display and description are so clear and detailed. I love Vince clothing. I was introduced to this brand in 2004 at Bloomingdales by a beautiful sales representative and she told me, if I’m into classic and one of a kind or unique clothing, then Vince is the one....and since then; I’ve owned so many products from Vince. I love love shopping at Vince online and I’m loving my new app now because it just a click away...
