I have had so many issues trying to log-in. I have reset my password numerous times and still have an invalid password error! I am going to uninstall and reinstall (fingers crossed) it will reset and accept my updated password(s) which I know I will have to reset again but hoping it will finally cooperate! I unfortunately lost an entire cart of items when I realized I was not logged in, and then upon trying to log-in, am not able! I am however able to log-in via the web, but App would be much more convenient!

Spent a few hours shopping… returned to my cart to find out that everything disappeared from the cart! Same thing today… you add items, you are told they are in the cart, except they aren’t… This is not the first time I m having major issues with the app. I emailed the team before, even attached screen recordings with the bugs… yet no response. I hope you fix it… otherwise will have to look for other places to shop…

I’m a longtime Moda customer but over the past week, the app has totally malfunctioned. Whenever I try to go to the trunk show page, I’m directed to an error screen. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that only led to even more error pages. And my phone is up to date with Apple’s most recent software.
