The app is a great tool for live coaching. For the most part it works reasonably well to control the trainer resistance. It does have some quirks that make it less than perfect. The camera that is supposed to be able to show the rider their own video position and broadcast to a virtual group hasn’t been working on the iPad version for months. Now the music randomly stops playing and the only way to get it back is to skip forward to a new song (and only so many skips allowed) or switch to another channel, which is incredibly disruptive during interval work. All in all, a good tool but needs some refinement to reach full potential.

This is a great app for teaching and learning. You can execute an indoor ride anywhere. But this is the only app I’ve found that adds in a real instructor (that knows what they are talking about) who can explain WHY you are doing this workout. It’s a new platform and it’s getting better every week.
