If you’re looking for a resistance training system to either replace or supplement your existing workout routine, then the Vector is it! The app has some truly tough workouts, with timers built in and demonstration videos so that you stay on pace. Can’t recommend it enough and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my fitness level since I’ve started with the Vector.
I’ve been using the Kayezen Vector training app for about 3 weeks now with ease. There are a variety of workouts from HIIT to strength to recovery. If you’re short on time, but still want to get in movement from home there are short, challenging workouts to following along to and they’re organized by body part or type of workout. The last few weeks, I‘ve ended up with sore abs and obliques after each workout (not just the core workouts!). It’s impossible to slouch or relax your core without feeling a pull from the vector bands. Between that and the clear demonstration of each exercise I’m confident in my ability to stabilize and perform the movements correctly. There are exercises for every level and goal. There is even sports specific training and recovery —-which goes to show the versatility of the Vector & the app. I’m personally always on a bike so the app’s recovery exercises have done wonders for me. If you are a trainer yourself or prefer to create your own workouts they include an exercise library for reference. For now, I’m sticking to the follow along workouts myself. The app also helps you track your progress and connects to your health app. They’ve really thought of it all..including optional music while you workout.
