Urbanic - Fashion from London

Urbanic has never let me down till date. I'm a gym girl and most of my gym clothes which I order from some other website and app always gave me bad experience but i have never faced this problem with Urbanic. Their gym fit are THE BEST QUALITY and i don't understand why people have negative reviews since i have never faced such problems with them. Their 24*7 live chat support is SO QUICK AND ACCURATE i have never seen any other brand have such an efficient customer service. Love the gym clothes and the denims as well. Would not hesitate from recommending y'all to anybody who asks. Even refunds are quick. The only things is that the delivery time is extremely slow so i hope y'all can improve on that. I am generally happy with Urbanic and it’s deliverables. However, my recent experiences with Urbanic has just been pathetic. I had ordered a set of 7 items with Urbanic on 6th August and had asked them to expedite it, even if the delivery date showed 17th. I had even told them that I would be leaving country on 18th, and hence would need it asap. On 15th, the order still showed processing. The useless customer care executives continued to ask me to wait without understanding what was the issue. I kept on emailing them, post which, on 16th, the Urbanic team got back to me saying that one item is causing the delay and they could proceed with the rest. The most unprofessional part about this is, that they didn’t care about my situation and waited till the last moment to tell me this. Anyway, even after I told them to go ahead with the rest of my orders, they didn’t proceed with anything and I finally had to cancel my order. This is the second time I’ve experienced this delay, and I am tired of the work you have to do just to hear back from them. This review is for all the people who are waiting for their orders anxiously, please do not order from Urbanic if you have less then 20 days or so, because unlike earlier, they are taking ages. Honestly , I don’t even know when or if they planned to deliver my order at all. Please go for other retail options, if possible, who are more professional and a little bit accountable. Urbanic isn’t worth it.

I ordered twice from urbanic. 1st time, I received a different product with poor quality, different design and wrong size but they denied my return request stating that it’s the same product as shown that too after taking 10 days to just process and deny a request. 2nd time, I have made an order 12 days ago and it’s still under processing. For my first order, the same thing happened with my sister living in a different city. Also, they smartly update the delivery status after 1-2 days of delivery to make it harder for the customer to return since they’ll have to check again and again before they can make a return request. This has been confirmed by a few people. Overall, extremely bad service, poor quality and very slow process. Update: been 15 days to the second return request that I sent still no update. Note for customers: Check out their Instagram page and you’ll find a lot of other customers going through the same issues. They have a pattern. It isn’t just a one time mistake. They have been cheating and not replying, giving back money, accepting return orders for months. You’ll also find multiple forums people have made to report Urbanic.
