unstuck: OCD Therapy Tools

The app seem really helpful but I can't see anything. All of the words are cut off. Is it only available on iPhone?

This app was so so helpful for bringing insight to my intrusive and very disturbing thoughts. I was so afraid that I was recalling events wrong, which lead me to bad conclusions and a bunch of “what ifs” to follow after. But, it definitely helped me after 4-5 days in complete darkness and despair with something that wasn’t true. Thank you so much, i’ll definitely be using this app whenever I get thoughts like that again.

I started therapy for my OCD a few months ago and just found this app yesterday. I’ve used it a few times and I am amazed by how helpful it has been so far - it really feels like my OCD therapist in my pocket. It uses the same kind of language and promotes the same kind of skills as my real therapist!! The only issue I have had so far: there’s no X’s or back buttons on certain pages of the app, so I have to close the entire app to get back to the home page. one example = the verify your therapist page. if you click on it and then decide you want to go back to the home screen instead of proceeding, you can’t (either have to choose “continue” or “I don’t have a therapist). Same thing for the compulsion timer page. You can’t go back without either starting the timer or closing the app, as far as I have found! Overall amazing idea and such a helpful app. Can’t wait to see it continue to grow :)
