The video player is like something from the 90s. It resets constantly if you try to play video posts. You can’t pause or even scroll through it because there’s no basic video control bar, and it resets the entire video if you close it. As other reviewers mentioned, Creators are able to hide their content behind paywalls and then delete them after you pay and repost again. Because screenshots aren’t allowed and will get you banned, there’s no way to provide proof of purchase. The only way to join is from an “invite” and they force you to download their app with a phone number. Who knows what they’re doing with that information. There’s no web version whatsoever. Their support is not available on weekends and if you do get in touch with them, they provide copy and pasted responses or stuff that sounds like it was AI generated. I see they mentioned Trustpilot in an old response to a review yet they’re nowhere to be found on there. In my experience, Trustpilot deletes company profiles for a reason. Avoid this app at all costs and do not listen to those fake five-star reviews with no details.

These companies man. You can create an account easily, but you cannot cancel your membership or delete your profile unless you download the app, which will then ask you to input all of your info —phone number, birthday, email, etc. Which may seem like another "usual thing to do" but it's just more ways to get your info and probably sell it (if not now then later). This app is a pain in the a*s. As the other review said, be careful getting yourself into it. Seems just super slimy and skeezy. If anyone knows how to report a developer or an app, please do so. Canceling or deleting cannot and should not be this difficult. Developer, I know you'll see this and think you're doing something by responding, but you're a little b. Hope they get you.

Overall the app is good, easy to navigate and interact with folks. One minor issue with canceling a subscription. I lost access to my first account when I canceled one of two subscriptions. I tried for days to login again, but no luck as there’s no self service recovery feature, so I just created a second account.
