Twisted Ropes: Untangle 3D

This is the most fun and relaxing game I’ve ever played! I love puzzles, and this game challenges me every day. However, my phone has been getting VERY hot within 10 minutes after I start playing this game. I’ve had the game for several months, and it just started overheating a few days ago. I’ve followed instructions on how to stop the battery from overheating, but nothing has helped. I shut down all background apps, I dimmed the screen light, and I rebooted my phone. I also installed an app that looks for viruses, etc, that can cause overheating. Nothing has worked. I would really appreciate some advice on how to stop my phone battery from overheating every time I play this game. UPDATE: This game went off the charts on its choice of ads. There’s an ad that’s from a “doctor” by the name of Gundry. It’s a weight loss program. A *questionable* weight loss program, according to reviews. The ad is close to 5 minutes long, and the game owners play it OFTEN! I played the game this morning, starting at 8:10, and I stopped at 8:47, for a total of 37 minutes. In that amount of time, the Gundry ad played 6 times, for a total of 30 minutes! I played the game for 7 minutes out of 37 total minutes! This is not acceptable! If anyone else is running across the same problem I am, please let the owners know how you feel about it.

I installed this app because it advertised “no ads” and I was satisfied for maybe 10 or 20 levels, but after some time ads showed up and stayed, and it is very disappointing and sometimes unfair. The app glitches often, as during game play I will try to quickly place a piece in another spot that I know for sure is not over stretching, but then the rope snaps back quickly, and I have to place it again slowly, and this wastes time and makes it even more unfair for playing with a timer. I have also experienced instances where I go to click on a piece, and it does a weird lightening thing and I have to click it several times slowly, and this also wastes a lot of time. lastly, I was at first place and with lots of points, and then the next morning the app wouldn’t open at all, it kept sitting at “loading”, and no matter what I did (reopen the app, restart my device, turn internet off and on, and all of these several times) the app would still open and be stuck at loading. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then it worked except I had lost my first place status and all my points. Please consider these items, especially the timer, as this was extremely disappointing. the timer gives me lots of anxiety and eventually the timer will be too unfair and I will have to just delete the app and move on (as I have done with the last untangle app I played) thanks.

Instead of using this ratings column… Is there a way to communicate with you for questions we might have about the game features or about problems users are experiencing? For example: what period of time is is covered in the offer of $6.99 fee for removing ads? Daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or forever? Another example is: why has the Hypercharge feature never activated for me even though I’ve met the criteria many times? As others have reported here, the game seizes up too, too frequently. Period. Also mentioned by other users here, precise placement of the “node” is a substantial hindrance to progress within each level. Users report, as well, a concern that ad time is greater than gameplay time. I have, myself, measured this statistic a few times and found this to be true. ***** 5-star rating — I LOVE this game! You’ve put together a great combination of features. I’ve been playing a few of your other games and like them very much, too. So, you have the skills and talent to make this one an enjoyable, smooth, and rewarding user-friendly experience. How long can I play this game as-is? I don’t know.
