TrueCoach Connect

I would love for this app to be a full version of what I get logging into it on the computer. I use Trainerize and TrueCoach. Trainerize’s app for the coach is far better because I can program and see everything. With TrueCoach you can only message and see workouts completed. I would have to log into the browser in order to see future workouts, add to the calendar, etc.. I love TrueCoach and it would make it a much easier choice between the two biggest training apps if TrueCoach had a better app for the Coach. Please help the coach even more by giving us a better app to deliver the best experience possible for our clients.

I have the same issue as someone noted earlier. Whenever I click on a client message inside the app the screen goes white and freezes the app. This also happens occasionally when I try to check their workout notes. It has affected my communication and response time with my clients because I have to be on my laptop. And I’m almost never on my laptop. It’s been like this for months I should add and I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading. Also, have been awaiting updates, but none so far. I don’t want to switch apps but this reflects badly on me as a coach if I can’t respond in a timely matter. It’s also just a nuisance for how much we pay for this app.

Before I begin Truecoach is one of the best programs for coaches I have found and I have used multiple looking for the best one. But unfortunately they missed the mark on this coaching version of the app. When you compare it to the client side which is far more robust. I guess I have to carry my computer around or just log into the mobile version on my phone. Which makes this app unhelpful. It doesn’t help that the app glitches and doesn’t send messages on occasion, and only lets you see what the client has done, you can’t see what you have planned for the client so you can discuss it with them if they have a question. What if a client has some concerns about a workout and needs an adjustment. I guess you need to tell them to wait until you get to my computer. Or log into the mobile web version which again makes this app obsolete. Not sure why I have this app on my phone since it’s more of another messaging app just with a truecoach logo. On a brighter note I will reiterate that the truecoach program is an awesome coaching software for programming for clients on your computer. I hope things are in the works to bring this app up to the same standard as the computer software.
