This is a great app! I love it! It has a lot of different personal trainers programs that cater to the needs of different people. It has programs for people just starting out to people who've been working out for a long time. The app also has different styles of work outs. It's not just bodybuilding or cardio. It has different types like; crossfit, at home, sports training, etc. The programs are affordable, and great for getting a good start to your New Years resolution. The app runs smoothly, and is easy to use. Great app! Would highly recommend! Update: The new version of this app is amazing! The interface has been updated and works wonders better than the old one. The new layout is easy to use and sleek. Tons of new programs have been added since the initial release. Overall, a vast improvement to an already great app. I love being able to use the journal to record my workouts if when I feel like doing something different that’s not part of a plan. Love the app more than I did before. Can’t wait to see what they add in the future. Keep up the good work guys!
