I love the idea of the app but it was completely unusable (on IOS) because I couldn’t get past the login page. Turns out, the box for entering a password is restricted to 10 characters and my password is longer than that.
I’m revising my review because the app has been updated and the security code issue fixed. It’s a great app now! I love being able to pay my bill so easily and have a record of previous payments at my fingertips. This has really simplified things. Great work, y’all!! **** I just downloaded the app and it looks great: clean, simple, usable. When I logged in it had all my info just like it does online. However, I was unable to pay my bill because the app is requiring a 4-digit security code for my card. My card’s security code is only 3 digits. Online, my 3-digit security code works fine. I think this should be a simple adjustment on the app. I hope it’s soon fixed because I really like the design and usability of the app!
