The only reason I’ve given you a 4 instead of 5 is due to the fact that I have made two purchases today, and on both orders I was unable to sign into my account so after numerous attempts on both occasions I gave up and went through guest check out. I’m just upset that I may miss out on any loyalty recognition for my purchases as neither are linked to my account and quite big purchases
