Dunelm: The Home of Homes

I recently had an issue with some wallpaper that I had ordered. The customer service I received was some of the best I have ever experienced! Such friendly and actually helpful online correspondence, which resulted in a complete resolution of my problem. I have only ever had excellent customer service in store too. Love Dunelm!

Have been surprised that Dunelm haven’t had an app earlier. Having spent many years ordering items on line with them I just couldn’t understand why they only had a website. Anyway finally they have a usable app and it certainly makes ordering way faster and clearer when using your phone rather than a website designed for a laptop on your phone. Seems to function well. Good search bar with filters so allows you to narrow down your search efficiently. Paying seems quicker to. Deffo happy to have this .. finally. Better late than never; as they say.

I really like Dunelm and have ordered many times from their website so was pleased to find they now have an app! I’ve been using this app daily, creating a wishlist and used it to place some orders for delivery. I found the app easy to use, well designed and quick. The checkout worked well, I found the products easily and could browse the categories and add to bag from the wishlist I created. Will definitely be using again especially for Christmas.
