Fntastic experience using Kidmoto to take children under 3 to and from the airport. The cars were nice, drivers friendly. Most importantly, they knew their car seats well. The price was commensurate with other car services in my area. Customer service was responsive by email. If I could change anything, it would be to have phone-based customer service in case if problems. I had no problems with their service, though, and I’ll definitely be using it again.

First time flying with our baby, we knew we’d need transportation from the airport to the hotel with a rear-facing car seat. KidMoto made it easy to schedule a ride and reassured us we’d have a rear-facing car seat; we even input our baby’s weight and they had the straps adjusted accordingly. And THEN, when we needed to make a last minute pickup location change, the driver was very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend!
