My driver to and from MSY airport was Thad. He was quite friendly and super helpful on giving ideas on what to do on my trip with my 3 year old. Initially I didn’t want to use the app because I thought they were expensive but I had no choice because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a car. The car seat that was in Thad’s car was great. Great condition, didn’t look like 100 kids have previously sat in it - it was clean. His car was roomy and clean. My only reason for not giving 5 stars - before I arrived to MSY, I left a message for Thad. Thad responded unbeknownst to me. I got up the car share area thinking he didn’t respond when he did. The app doesn’t provide notification when the driver responds.

Tried for the first time - the app was a little glitchy but the ride experience was great - guy showed up early, very pleasant, and super clean car. After having a few high drivers recently with uber , I was pretty happy to feel much more secure about the quality of the vetting of the drivers . Requires a few hours notice so best for planned drives. Try it!

I live in New Orleans and needed to get to and from the airport with an infant (couldn’t drive for a number of reasons). They were great at communicating with me, and they had no problem accommodating my family when my return flight was delayed by over 5h. It’s not like Uber so you need to place a reservation, but it works great if you can plan ahead of time. The drivers were nice and drove safely. I’ve recommended this service to friends, both local and visiting!
