I tried connecting to a live doctor via the app a few times and there was no one available on the live chat so I ended up ending the call. I tried a 3rd time and after about 5 minutes someone answered the phone on video and wanted my husband to be as well. That was more of an “intake” type conversation and once payment was received she was able to put the doctor on the line and antibiotics ordered. There should’ve been a way to handle all of that before the video call even started. I guess I expected it to be like some of the big telehealth businesses like TeleDoc or MDLive. End of the day spent $50 and another $20 on the medication, I definitely would of given 4/5 stars if it wasn’t for the issues in the beginning of the call
I saw the doctors Assistant within 2 mins of signing up and the doctor was there 2mins later and spent about 5-10 mins with me and wrote a prescription for me which I was able to print and bring in from the portal. So far so good . I was in and out . Kudos to Dr. Auroa Alva !!!
I was able to speak with a doctor pretty quickly, but my prescriptions weren’t sent over to my pharmacy. There is supposed to be a “virtual assistant”, but you can only message and nobody responds. No option to call or contact anybody any other way. I guess I don’t need my meds 🤷🏻♀️
